Delta system formwork
We offer the highest quality and the most economical system formwork. System formwork can be used both as wall and ceiling formwork. The principle of making this type of structure is based on the use of the system formwork for the construction of elements of much larger dimensions in the course of implementation in stages.
In other words, after the formwork is filled with concrete and it has solidified, the system formwork moves and proceeds to the next stage of construction. This method of implementation allows for the easy and quick implementation of the investment and is the most economical.

RASTO system
The RASTO formwork system offered is intended for the implementation of small and medium-sized housing investments. Two people are enough for the system formwork. The 12 cm thick frames allow for high pressure resistance and durability of operation.
The use of universal locks allows for easy and quick configuration and connection of elements. It is also possible to use non-standard XXL elements with dimensions of 270 × 240 cm for larger surfaces.
Depending on how the system formwork is used, it is possible to:
- floating formwork, which after the implementation of one fragment or structure is disassembled and moved to another place;
- sliding formwork, in which, without dismantling the formwork, it moves to the following stage;
- sliding formwork, i.e. shifting along the face of the structure without disassembly.

Components of the RASTO system:
- frame panels made of galvanized steel with the following dimensions: height – 270 cm, 300 cm, width – 30 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, 60 cm, 65 cm, 70 cm, 75 cm, 90 cm;
- connecting locks, tie rods with nuts, vertical supports, articulated corners and supports for working platforms.
The standard of each team is evidenced by the quality of each of its elements – this is also the assumption of DeltaBud. The precision of parts of our formwork system determines the highest quality of the entire mechanism.
The girders have a low weight, they are made entirely of impregnated, certified wood; they are not damaged or cracked, and their form is very stable. All supports are made of steel and hot-dip galvanized. Their height is adjustable and a special protection prevents accidental sliding of the inner tube.
Our shuttering plywood deserves attention – it is a waterproof material that we impregnate with the utmost care. It is covered with a special substance which penetrates the structure of the wood during thermal and pressure treatment and protects it against external factors.
Assembly forks are an important element that our customers eagerly use. This component makes it much easier to assemble the entire structure, without worrying about safety.
And when it comes to editing – every team will surely handle it. Only two people are needed to set up the formwork system. Using the instructions we have prepared, it can be done quickly and efficiently.
